Having studied Psychology and a Master in NLP, Terry set up drewcoaching to help the owners of businesses who are committed to creating the business of their dreams. He has worked with over 100 firms mainly in the UK and some abroad.

How does the coaching work?

First we establish "what the business will look like when it is finished" your long term goal.

What we know is successful business owners know exactly where they are going. Otherwise how will they know when they get there.

We then share with you some techniques that ensure your goals are achieved.

Next a weekly slot for your coaching sessions is arranged, usually held over the phone, each session lasts for about one hour, at the end of each session you will have a set of action steps that you have committed to take prior to the next session. At the next session we check that you have done what you committed to do. If you haven't you are fined a £100 and the money goes to the N.S.P.C.C or a charity of your choice!

This has proved to be an extremely effective method of ensuring that you do what you say you are going to do.

Will this mean more work for me?
